FN-forbundet inviterer til konference om Vestsahara, en af verdens længstvarende og ofte oversete konflikter.
Agenda for the Western Sahara Conference Tuesday the 29th of September 2026 in the Danish Parliament (Proviantsalen, Christiansborg, Copenhagen) 13.00 - 17.00
The conference will be in English.
Aim: To inform and influence the Nordic public and politicians on the conflict in Western Sahara in order to provide an improved basis for an upcoming meeting in the UN Security Council.
13.00-13.10 Welcome by Finn Reske Nielsen, president of the Danish UN Association and Trine Pertou Mach, MP from Red-Green Alliance (Enhedslisten).
13.10-13.25 Background of the Western Sahara conflict by Kurt Mosgaard, former force commander of MINURSO.
